    Default Client Ruler Question

It seems one of my client rulers that was spawned when installed a type 4 government doesn't have the trait "client ruler". He is even getting the interloper trait in his city!

So i tried adding the trait via "give_trait". The problem is his name is "Lvcivs". The problem with this is I have another Roman General who's first name is Lvcivs. When I ever I type this in the console it makes him the client ruler and not the guy who was spawned.

    Is there anyway around this?

When you installed the lvl 4 gov, did the suposted client ruler entered in the city instantly? or did he spend a turn out of the settlement?

Instantly. I only realized that he didn't have the trait once he got the "Interloper" trait.

I looked and saw no client ruler trait.

Isn't there a simple way I can give him the trait?

Must be something wrong my with my script. I destroyed the government, and rebuilt it via procss_cq and waiting for a turn to happen, and both times it didn't work. Oh well.

Things like this do happen if you are not using client ruler fix ( If you use fix all your family members should have FamilyMember traits ).

Ok installed the one optional, complicated fix, but it didn't yield anything.

Is there any easy way other than the Rome Shell to give him the trait? Something via script? I have a great campaign and I want this to work. I would really appreciate any help.

I was talking about this one.
    * Client ruler potential fix NOT RETROACTIVE
o Updated 2008-06-08: Fixed german reform marker spam.
o Due to reported problems with the optimized client ruler script, LordBula has created this package which may be both faster than the original 1.1 client ruler script and work as intended .
o NOTE: This fix includes several of the files that are affected by other fixes (and should contain their contents). Make sure that this fix is the last one you apply, so that you don't kill part of the changes this is supposed to make with the other ones.
o Download this file from the EB FTP.
    o Unpack into <RTW directory>/EB/data.
o Please report whether you still get problems with interlopers and impostors where they shouldn't be!
As you see it is not retroactive so you cant use it mid campaign.

Nope and that is the problem. There is a name collision in your game.
You would have to assassinate character that is causing problems before you can use console command to add trait to your client ruler.

That's odd because I installed this fix even before I started playing. Oh well, guess I'll just uninstall.
