When you installed the lvl 4 gov, did the suposted client ruler entered in the city instantly? or did he spend a turn out of the settlement?It seems one of my client rulers that was spawned when installed a type 4 government doesn't have the trait "client ruler". He is even getting the interloper trait in his city!
So i tried adding the trait via "give_trait". The problem is his name is "Lvcivs". The problem with this is I have another Roman General who's first name is Lvcivs. When I ever I type this in the console it makes him the client ruler and not the guy who was spawned.
Is there anyway around this?
