    Interesting... I assume that you cannot elaborate further on this topic, but I suppose that you are refering to the Castle as the alternate upgrade of a city, and not those permanent forts you build in kingdoms, right?

    Ooo, I like it. Founding military or trading colonies, which could later become full fledged if there is sufficient populaiton would be a great gameplay dynamic.
