    The Omani's Diplomat would raise a brow.

    So... does that mean you withdrawl the Declared war that your former king has placed upon the Omani Arabian Empire...?

    (OOC: Nice little intro, laughed alittle, but yeah, try to not put any more action into this house!, it's for diplomats! lol!)

    Quttub rises with a joyful expression on his face. His eye is much improved, but he has an enormous boil on the end of his nose which seems ready to explode at any instant.

    The Great Salahuddin will be pleased indeed to hear of this change of heart from the Makurians!

    I am delighted to accept the offer of trade rights on his behalf, and extend our warmest wishes of friendship towards our African neighbours!

    It is the great wish of the Roman Empire that the Ayyubids, Makurians, and Omani people arrive at a permanent peace treaty, possibly a defensive alliance to keep the region secure.

    Makurian delegate;

    As you may know the Omani government has been overthrown, but the previous leaders did in fact declare a state of hostilities between your nations, and Rome unilaterally and without condition offered you aid and assistance. (this has been entered into the public record)

    Not only that, the entire Western Coalition was prepared to mobilize on your behalf.

    You have friends and allies in the Western Coalition, and should you choose to leave our great alliance, that is your prerogative. If peace and friendship can be made between you and your neighbors, Rome will be able to focus on more local matters anyway. Know that Rome will be your friend for all time.

    You may request to leave the alliance without offending the Roman people. Until we hear such a request, may we assume you are still our allies?

    The emissary of the Sindh enters the chamber with a solemn look and addresses the representatives.

    I bear ill news today gentlemen, war has broken out. My Malik, on receiving a report from agents within the Rajput nation, determined that there was no other sensible course than to strike first, and strike hard. The evidence of Rajput aggression was the build-up of their fleet on our border, and the gathering of mercenary elephants at the city of Kutch. In response the Malik drew up our own fleet to drive away the Rajput one, and, with the aid of certain Sindh patriots living under Rajput rule, captured the city of Kutch and put it's garrison to the sword.

    The fleet then moved on to blockade the port at Somnath. The Rajput city of Mumbai also lies under siege.

    These last two actions should serve as a warning to the Rajputs, we know your treacherous Hindu ways and we will not stand idly by while you plot our destruction. Throw yourselves on our mercy and your people may yet be spared! Continue on the path of war and you will join your gods and be forgotten by history!

    The Sindh emissary then moves to sit with the man from Ghor.

    The Roman diplomat would like to express his congratulations to the Sindh delegate for successfully thwarting an invasion before it had begun.

    Perhaps the Hindus would like to plead their case, and extend a hand of peace now?
