I conveniently ignored the first time you switched your oaths because you are new and also because oaths can't technically be sworn during a Senate session (though it doesn't matter since you're just a Strator). If you break this oath and do not immediately re-swear to someone within the same House, unless Ignoramus gives his permission this oath breaking will be presumed to have been done without his consent and you will be barred from swearing to another Lord for 5 turns. No, that's the penalty for reading them and ignoring them. Skimming is far, far worse!
