Okay, as it turns out the only silver and above unit is YLC's Bodyguard. If both sides confirm that an extra weapon/armor upgrade (plus, of course, three bronze chevrons) is a suitable replacement, then we're good to go with no rescaling necessary.

After much hassle, the battle is over.
You can now all witness the depth of my mediocrity and ineptitude by watching the glorious replay posted in the battle thread.

Well done to the both of you, as well as Tincow and GH for getting this set up. Looks like things went smoothly.
Next time though, it would be nice if we could download the replay without having to skim past the results of the battle. It'd be pretty cool to watch one of these and not know the results until you see them.

Honestly, no it didn't go smoothly. No one is too blame save the inherent instability of this game in multiplayer. I took YLC and I about 4h to finally get to play the battle in full, quite frustration.
I'll keep that in mind. If I had remembered how spoilers work I would have placed the pics in those.Next time though, it would be nice if we could download the replay without having to skim past the results of the battle. It'd be pretty cool to watch one of these and not know the results until you see them.
