    Default some spy stuff

so i was reading this thread https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=95354 and i never knew that spies could cause revolts. so i have like20 really good spies and like 5 really god assiains all in the same area. so can i get small sweboz towns (how ever u spell it) to join my side?
also i heard that if u leave spies in your own settlements it increases public order is that true.

I think it could join you if historically your faction had some kind of relation to the area. The reason Galatia (in Asia Minor) revolts to the Aedui or Arverni (Gauls) is because some Gauls migrated to Asia Minor. Hence the connection.

I believe leaving spies in your towns reduces the chances of enemy spies infiltrating. Since enemy spies decrease public order, less enemy spies=more public order.

If a town is owned by its found faction (that would the Sweboz for most German towns) it can only revolt to the Eleutheroi. However, it is dramatically difficult to get an A.I. town to revolt. It seems like you need to get public order to 0% before it revolts.

I've had two towns revolt to me as the greeks, but i didn't even have spys in them. I assume because they're greek style cities getting attacked by barbarians.

Like whats been said trying to get a town to revolt with spys is hard, i've been pumping out the spys in this latest game. Some Carthy cities have been on 40% loyalty with the revolting cymbal for years but still don't revolt. Also i've not tended to notice much difference between using 1 spy and 6 spys (does the amount effect it at all?)

You can see the amount of loyalty goes down with every spy you put in (maybe there is a limit to how many will have use, though). Theoretically this should affect the possibility of a rebellion.
