Hi!

Sorry about starting a whole new thread just for this, but anyway, here goes:

In EB 1.1, (download today, since my previous installation was uninstalled by mistake), I've just started my first campaign as Hayasdan since 0.81, but soon discovered that all regions in the area, including my starting province, had the "alliances avalible"-configuration, and not homeland. What is the reason for this?
