Or rather they think there is no reason to do so.I'd be careful about fully embracing the underlined part as a 'given' assumption, but if it drives Europe to adopt your follow-on conclusions (all of which are spot-on, IMO)... I think we can take the criticism. Toss a couple more bricks this way, if it helps wake west europe up.
