    Nearly 78 percent of the victims were black. Add in Hispanics, and you account for 98 percent of all shooting perps and 97.5 percent of their victims.
    Those are incredible statistics. I seriously didn’t think they would be so skewed to the side of minorities.

    Somehow I am sure it is all whitey's fault.
