I always spare a few of their men, then yell triumphantly 'Now tell your masters, Commander Che Roriniho wishes to make their wives my concubines, or other such rousing speeches.
Or I sometimes say 'I don't like this game...' when they rout one or more of my units. (2 Balloons to the person who can tell me where that's from.)
