Alright, let me preface my post by saying I am undecided on third trimester abortions (though leaning illegal except in the usually excepted cases - ie rape). I believe that the rationale behind it is the same as the rationale behind being pro-choice in the first place. Regardless of the age of the foetus it is still undeniably the woman's body and her reproductive rights. Hence, the woman still may do as she wishes with the foetus because it isn't anyone else's right to do so.Originally Posted by rory_20_uk

Something I've noticed from what little I see of Obama in the UK news is that he doesn't seem to talk with much respect to women. He always seems to be calling them sweetie or something like that.
At the end of the day politics is just trash compared to the Gospel.

EDIT: Let me make it obvious - I bear no grudge against Catholics, I know several myself. Its just that most of the misogynists I have met in teh past have also been Catholics, perhaps leaving me with the wrong impression of the church. I apologise to anyone who was offended... Some of the logic behind it is when a pregnancy goes bad, and the best way out for everyone is a late abortion.
Still maintain that crying on the pitch should warrant a 3 match ban
