Noble HA's for Sauromatae?

Does anyone have any thoughts on whether the noble HA's are worth recruiting vs normal Aorsi Riders? I seem to be able to recruit them more widely but am intimidated a bit by the expense.

Does the extra armour make much of a difference (particularly when facing other HA factions)? My preferred tactic with HA is to shoot off all the arrows and then set up multiple concurrent charges against individual units (hence my preference for Aosri riders rather than Scythian Riders)

If you can afford them, definitely. If it's still the beginningish when your super epic poor, normal HA are just fine. You'll need them later when all your nearby "friends" in the East start pumping out cataphracts and super elite infantry by the bucket full.
