Help with Rebelion

Hello I'm trying to start a mass rebellion through the EB script, I was wondering how I can go about with this.

1. How do I get the settlement to Rebel?

2. How do I get the Units and the General or Family to go over to the Rebel side?

3. If I have a Rebel army on the map, is there a way to make that army aggressive so that way It can siege settlements or attack my armies?
