Meanwhile, the Aedui declared war on me, in which time I convinced the Arverni to declare war on them with a 40,000 denarii bribe, along with 6,000 a turn for 5 turns. So far I have taken mediolanium, defeated the Aedui on the field many times and should be able to push for final victory by the time I finish with Iberia. Meanwhile, I allied the Sweboz.

Any reason why I cant ally the Arverni?

Also, whats this I heard about the Egyptions taking the city of Sidon and becoming unstoppable? Is that true? Because that dictates my planes to take Greece/take out Kionon Hellenon (and save my ally, Macedonia) or land 3 field armies in the heart of Egypt to cut off their homeland.
