I've started playing as Hayasdan and i'm managed to get the type 1 govt in Armavir and am working on the rest to get the Pan-Caucasus Empire reform but what do I get from it when I'm finished?
In the FAQ it doesn't say what the reward is.

A ha ha! Rainbows and unicorns! Rainbows and unicorns!
Your faction leader gets a cool new trait, more provinces become available as Expansion regions (lvl 2 gov't), and pride in your achievements. If you keep going, you'll be able to re-make a new form of the old Persian Empire. It's really fun.

I am currently also playing a Hay campaign. I managed to get that reform. It seems that only through that reform you get access to the MICs that allow you to recruit the elites of the Armenian army, such as HAs, Armored HAs, Cataphracts, and even infantry- those nobles and the Armenian medium infantry. Which is the only way for you to have a succesful campaign. I managed to get all those regions required for the reform through my FMs and some slingers, but now they are not nearly enough. I am looking to stabilize my economy and recruit one cavalry-based army to take the east. To summerize: I think the Hay reforms just let you build better gov. types in certain provinces, which gets you better buildings and units.
The Pan-Caucasion reforms grants your leader the "King of Kings" status. As Matinius Brutus has said, you gain acess to all your MIC levels (Given you build a type 1 Gov), and allows you to build type 1 and 2 governments all around your homeland.
As far as armies concerned, you can pretty much conquer most of the AS lands and defend against countless Ptolly stacks with 2 FM's, and 4-6 units of Scythian Horse Archers.
Also you need the Pan-Caucasus Empire reform for the orontid empire reform, like others said befor. only with type II government you are able to build the level 3 MIC.
With level 3 MIC you got access to more capital units in the new conquered persian satraps and less civil unrest.
the hayasdan gameplay is really epic with this feature!
By the way - Did you read that? it answer a lot of questions.

Hello
I'm playng hayasdan eb 1.2, RTW.exe with toggle_fow
I've got the pan-caucasian reform and I'm going for the persian one but I've some problems: in persepolis ( type 3 gov ) is not possible to build the Royal Administration but i can build The Conquer Comes.. in Susa ( type 3 gov ) is possible to build Royal Administration but not The Conqueror Comes.
Do I have to build Royal Administrations in Susa and then The Conquerors come.... in persepolis and susa at he same time ( if that pops in susa ) , or I have to build The conquerors come... in persepolis and then in susa ?
And yes I've actieved the script every time !
did you also conquered karkathiokerta??
probably you must wait some turns.
I'd like to know what units the orontid reform gives you, i've cheked on multyplayer and the units you've mentioned before are the only ones there (i mean aside from regionals and lower quality ones).
Also i seem to have lost a link someone gave me once on how to learn modding, if it's not asking too much i'd like someone to post something like that.

Italians do it better! Chi dice donna dice guai. Abbi donna di te minore, se vuoi essere signore. Donne e buoi dei paesi tuoi. Fiume, grondaia e donna parlatora mandano l'uomo di casa fuora.
And my personal favorite: "Non rimuovere il confine antico fissato dai tuoi padri". In english: "Do not remove the anchent border placed by your fathers". It looses something in the translation......
yeah I've got karkakiotherka. Anyway I've build royal administration in susa and The Conquer arrive...popped up , so I'm gonna build it in susa and persepolis at the same time .I tought that maybe I don't have royal administration in persepolis because my faction heir is inside the city , but I take him out of the city and next turn nothing change.
