-Hold 2 of these cities (Antiocheia, Sidon, Edessa, Karkathiokerta)
-Hold 2 of these cities (Kekatompylos, Zadrakata, Alexandreia-Ariana, Prophthasia)
OR
-Wait until 210BC
(You get the new units only after upgrading your MICs.)

For Marian, it's basically the same as normal.

-At least the year 172BC
-Have more than 6 Latifundia built in Persian Homelands *which means only Persepolis, Gabai, Apameia, Ekbatana, Susa, Arbela, Seleukeia, Babylon, Charax plus or minus a few maybe*
-Hold at least 45 settlements
-Fight more than 250 battles
-Have a character that is:
Sharp/Charismatic/Vigorous
Popularis
Consul or Ex-Consul
Has Influence > 2
Has Command > 2
OR
-Conquer 90 settlements.

The conditions for the Augustan seem fine.
