regardless of what the final game looks like for the colors of buildings and such!!! You have my guarantee that it will be moddible and modded within the first 3 months of release. As long as the tools are available. So in reality it is one of the least concerns that I have for the game. The citys do look a bit to gaudy for my tastes. Looks abit like candyland
