My little boy lemur saw some videos of parkour, and ever since he's been obsessed. I'll tell you the same thing I told him: Gymnastics. Do lots and lots of gymnastics before you even think about doing parkour.

    This guy is the best:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S%C3%A9bastien_Foucan

I saw him in Jump Britain and Casion Royale. I first saw it in District 13, I think the founder was the star in that. In real life I only know one person who does it regularly but I've never seen them in action, he got into it after seeing Jump Britain.

    Default AW: Parkour

I've wanted to do it but I just haven't committed myself to trying yet. I'd like to add it to my normal workout routine.

Four stage strategy from Yes, Minister:
Stage one we say nothing is going to happen.
Stage two, we say something may be about to happen, but we should do nothing about it.
Stage three, we say that maybe we should do something about it, but there's nothing we can do.
Stage four, we say maybe there was something we could have done, but it's too late now.
