    Default Marian Reforms in 189BC

How good am I!? lol I've got 90 provinces. The new Roman troops look awesome. I'm playing it on battles hard and campaign difficulty medium.

I thought it was impossible before 172BC? or have you modified it?

Well, it's the conditional reform that has a time limit, I think. Therefore, unconditional has but 1 requirement: 90+provinces.

The conditionals for the marian reforms say "or have conquered at least 90 settlements" so it's probably a legit achievement which means he made no alterations to the script. That's impressive if you actually managed to conquer all those settlements in such a short time. Hell, that might even be a record. You get TWO thumbs up from me

That is absolutely immense. I've been playing it 'properly' in trying to keep a healthy economy with good logistical support etc. What you've done there is impressive. I bet that was fun. I could actually have got more provinces in that time but I've been trying to keep my expansion as historically accurate as possible. I have all of western europe to just west of the Suebi homeland; all of north africa to the most northerly provinces on the Nile; and have all of asia minor (turkey) to just west of hayasdan and have Antiocheia. I've been dreaming of sending Romans into Babylon. Soon :D Then I'll be facing off against the Seleucids who are currently caught up in some hard fighting against the rest of the ptolemies (that I've been annhilating), a pathetic parthian faction, a dangerous baktrian faction and a huuuge saka faction.

    what ive done right after
is kind of cheating but anyways
i built up the happiness and defenses in every settlement but careful on some (like antiocheia, alexandreia and babylon) so as to the AI not building type 4s when i give them back
it will boost there income and ability to defend cities then i gave the ptolemaio entire egypt not and south back, and across the nile, everything belongs to the seleukids, now theyre stalemated along the nile with back and forth offesnes, now im right about to start the 2nd punic war, well i have been, blocking carthage (every single one, with quinqiremes, trirems limburnes) for quite a while
9 full stacks of elite pikeman, liby pheoecians or what the hell all standing around atiqa and quarthdastim and now theyre at war with ptolemaio (4th sucessor state O.0)
    anyways
afterwords i disbanded everything except calvalry (i recruited a bunch of iranians )
hightailed my but back to my fleets and withdrew while i gave them back there lands
Now the gray death got phalava, hai, saka, and baktria as there allies, etc

the white and yellow death is going at each other while gray makes occasional raids
me.. lalal building my border armies and gunna start marching in 190bc to raid the german capital :)
no reinforcements, gunna be the 178 year earlier version of the incident at teutoborg forest

Sounds boring, getting them that soon, and blitzing across the world so fast.
It began on seven hills - an EB 1.1 Romani AAR with historical house-rules (now ceased)
Heirs to Lysimachos - an EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR with semi-historical houserules (now ceased)
    Philetairos' Gift - a second EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR
