I downloaded EB1.1.exe not long ago, installed it, everything was fine. But i had to reinstall my rome with eb. And now after i clicking on EB1.1.exe it's shows black "dos style" screen for 1 sec and thats it. Im not sure that i want to download 700+ mb again:(

What exactly do you mean with "I had to reinstall my rome with eb"?
Please make sure you have installed EB into the same file as your RTW and run the validation tool that comes along with the installer.
Get the torrent download and point your torrent client to the file you've downloaded. It will then verify that your download is intact, and redownload only those sections that are corrupted.
I've decided to try eb with alex.exe, so i uninstalled the game. But it's doest matter now, i've downloaded the file again and now it's works fine!:) Thanks anyway
PS I think it was an access bug. I tried to run as administrator and change security properties, but no matter what i did nothing helped.
