Now why would I forget something like that? Lions eh, if being the lion means dealing with the squabbling fools of Hellas, then, by all means, have at it. Not for me the squabbling of fools, nor the laughing of hyenas, I prefer the riches of the East, the wealth of tigers and elephants and cobras, oh my. LOL

It says in the rules that for diplomatic missions that are supported by an edict, force diplomacy can be used.

The Chancellor can use 'Force Diplomacy' only if an Edict have passed with a diplomatic offer to another faction.
