Celtic Punk, you can have whatever background youn like for your character. If there are no Galatians, then simply play your character as is, but have is father (who he never knew) be Galatian

There is a nice thing about the role-playing. You can ignore all traits that your avatar have in game and make up your new ones. Even if the trait say that he is 'Drunkard' you can roleplay him as the most sober person in the world or just happily ignore that trai. It is all up to you.
