I realize now we should have done something like that since the beginning - and I intend to put a part in the Library (in the first post; underneath Recently Enacted Laws) for it. I'd be very grateful if someone could post the current edict situation in this format:

Edict 1.x: the message of the Edict
Proposed: name of the proposer
Seconded: names of the seconders.

And so on, Edict after Edict.
If nobody does it, I'll be free tomorrow afternoon around 5-6 GMT+2 to take care of it. Would save me time, though

There will be only one Council thread. Each time a new session begins, either me or WH, will declare the session open but we will not start another thread. I think we have something important to discuss even if it's not Council session at the moment.

Edict 1.1: Following Regular Armies shall be created: 1rst Syrian Army(in Antiocheia), 1rst Lydian Army(in Sardis), 1rst Parthian Army(in Hekatompylos).

Edict 1.2: Send envoys to the steppe nomads of the Sakae tribes, to propose a complete cease-fire.
