It's good to see some truelly heated discussions in the Council! This is why I like this game!

Another thing.. Currently we have some really active players and others checking the game ones in a while. But I'm confident that this game can support more players. So perhaps contacting some friends of yours who might like this kind of role-playing EB pbm isn't a bad idea?

How about a recruitment post in the EB forum, there are bound to be a few who missed it first time around, and a few who were sceptical may have a look in here and see that it looks like it will last more than a few turns.

or few that are unregistered and are right now updating their EB and are checking the FAQs for answers, like I was before opening the WotB recruiting thread

Another thing.. What happened in Royal Council and why Lykikos couldn't propose the CA...
This is acrually one of the reasons why those 'Satraps Aid' positions were created actually. Satrap and his Aid can discuss with each other and when the Aid have a CA proposal that he can not propose himself then the Satrap can do it for him. Also for a Satrap who have an Aid can make sure that he have at least one vote for his Edict/CA.
