Do you guys have any tips on making and maneuvering the phalanx to maximize it's efficiency? It seems that when I have to actively attack an enemy with my hoplites they fall out of order and only try to get back in formation once they are engaged in combat.

Any help (this is from my Macedonian SP campaign but uses similar troops as you guys)

i'm going to try and get my WotB fixed tonight, but i can see me being in bed early, what with christmas and all and it being the old firm game yesterday(football: celtic v rangers) so i'm a tad tired to say the least

old firm games generally involve a hell of a lot of alcohol being consumed and either partying or drowning your sorrows well into the night

Roka have to fight the battle. He have maximum 48 hours to do that. If he doesn't then the battle will be autoresolved(and that's bad!).

So, until he fights the battle we wait.

Unless you've managed to get another Influence point then you can not have an Aid. You need 2 but have only 1 Influence point.

(6) The Satrap can have max 5 Aids join his Satrapy and max 5 additional settlements added to his Satrapy.
(1 Aid = 2 Influence points; 1 additional settlement = 2 Management points)

Requirements: Must be appointed to this rank by the Basileus
Influence: 2 + 1 Stat Influence

Another question: How do I get Management points in Roleplay (apart from them ingame)

Those Influence/Management point are those that your avatar have in-game. They are not the same as the Influence of the rank.

But I think that Satrapy ancillary gives some Infl/Manag points so you actually can have an Aid.

Maybe I did not see it, but i think we have no thread where we can see a map with the current expansion of our empire. I propose to make a screenshot once a year / every 5 years / every 10 years - or whatever seems best to you - and add it to the History of the Arche Seleukeia

We actually have that in the Library, though they are from 266 BCE. Perhaps they should be updated more often though, like before each Council Session.

Okay. One shed of hope though is that I tested to autocalc it before, and though it was a clear defeat and many died, Roka's character survived.
