well sarpedons starting to act a bit off. could this be some attempt at forcing a rebellion you can crush TCV?

Guilty as charged. I actually began doing this before when I proposed the auto-edict, and I had planned to slip the auto-amendment in earlier, but regrettably I forgot to. If I can fan the flames, I take it as my personal responsibility to do so.
