o ya Ibns proposals will greatly influence my game indeed. Im putting things together but it wont be for this council im already rewriting to much. Im taking one thing at a time. Plus some things would have to be tweaked to Roman standards.

Byzantion won't become a satrapy for a good while (if at all), Navarro, but if you want you can always ask to become a Chreopylax. I'm sure I wouldn't decline.

However, if you are smart and want to become a satrap and it doesn't have to be in that area, you could head out east instead. With your management skills and Phanias age, you would be a hot candidate for his successor.
