You can take the Royal army wherever you want, but that would mean 3 armies in Egypt (satrapal and the 1st syrian are already there). Anyway I was just planning a campaign south but if you want to go west thats fine with me.

And CP, Cunobelinus is welcome to be my second in command if he can get down to Memphis quick enough.

Well, actually, he can only take the Royal Army wherever I want, because it's my army. The same goes with you: since you're commanding a regular army, you have to ask Sarpedon for permission before you attack anyone (or indeed if you just move, but you have that leisure for now ).

Basileus will decide who commands it, where it is to move(if at all), and whom to attack.

Of course, there still was no edict for it, so no one has to co-operate... and that includes the Chancellor.
