yes, I should have really known that. If this was a real battle my screening plan might have worked, but not here. I am happy enough to have almost crushed Sarpedons mighty Phalanx.

God damn it... looks like I missed alot of action...
My pc broke down by the end of April, by the time I got a new one I was really busy with school and exams. I need huge grades to get to study all the way up Scotland :(
I am completely amazed that my character is still alive, I presumed you killed him. Well I'm going to spend my free time to get updated on everything that happened and rejoin as soon as possible.
It would be great if you guys gave me the headlines of what happened!!
the world is ending as we know it. that pretty much sums up the past month
Cp has taken over as Satrap while you were gone, though now you are back that should change. the Epirites have taken Byzantium and killed Swiss Barbar. Me and TCV are having a epic battle in Antioch. and that seems about it... for the abridged version.![]()

Hmm I see.. I got some ideas in my head to pull back aratos back in scene.
Still running in version 1.1?
Yes - 1.2 is not save game compatible, so we won't be switching to it for this game.
Welcome back, by the way!

Welcome back kingsnake!
I didn't kill Aratos since I knew that you will come back.
CDf, forgot that Makedonians have taken Pergamon and Ipsos and will take Sardis soon as well.
ah yes, the Makedonian blitz, I had forgotten about that. Suffice to say the Arche is a mess.

he was part of the whole thing the whole time though, and puts us at a serious disadvantage unnecessarily
Since he put me in charge of the Satrapy's army I should still be able to rally it in its entirety without a loyalty check.

Who knows? If it's a enough day we may all end up Generals!"
No, you should not. Aratos "declared" himself neutral and you then declared yourself a rebel, which effectively means that you broke from him. In other words, since his satrapal army went neutral with him, what happened was that you 'stole' the units that were under your direct command from him, but obviously you could not steal the units that were with Aratos in Alexandreia. They were still neutral, and not under your command any more.
The loyalty checks were thus correct.
TCV is right on this one.
If there would've been any captain led stacks in Memphis region and you would've catch them with full movement then there wouldn't be any loyalty checks for those units.
Also, at the moment I didn't disband/merge any units but when a battle occurs I will do it since it's almost impossible to represent half strength units in tabletop simulation battles.
So, I think it would be better if you yourselves could tell me what units to disband or merge rather than me deciding that on my own.
I am back everyone..... and only have till tomorrow till I leave once again. orders will be in in the morning...... I am only awake due to a very large amount of Caffeine I had on the bus ride home from NYC.......
