I'm going to say Green Bay. I think the move away from Garcia is still rippling in that locker room and the Bucs are going to have a rough day.

The Packers are going to course-correct after that embarassing loss to Dallas. McCarthy is a good coach and GB is more talented than Tampa. Packers win handily.
