    Chancellor Report, Spring 267 BCE

    Buildings
A few more buildings were started this season. Sardis, Salamis, Arbela and Mazaka all got simple drainages, while Zadrakata and Karkathiokerta both got plans for city-state festivals. In Babylon, a game field is being constructed, as well as a temple of Mithras in Hekatompylos and a wooden palisade in Gabai.

Further than the simple drainages who only took a couple of months to build, I do know that the preparations for few city-state festivals should have been finished, but I cannot tell where exactly, or if any more buildings may have been finished. This is because the reports were somehow lost.

Read: someone deleted the messages in-game.

    Foreign affairs
There is not much to say. Alexandros Syriakes and Arrhenides Gedrosianos' stack was attacked by a large Ptolemaic army. Judging that they could not win the fight, or at least not without too great casualties, they decided to retreat, and the Ptolemaic force now holds the bridge.

    Misc.
Most of the Lydian Army (one unit of akontistai still remains in Halikarnassos) has started it's march towards Ipsos*. The prodromoi and the Jews from my army has started their march towards Antiocheia for retraining, and my thureophoroi is just one march away from it's destination in Pergamon.

*OOC: In the save I'm dealing out the Lydian army is already in Ipsos, but that was a move made in the summer - that is the same season as the save I'm giving out is in - not spring, which is why I'm only noting that they have begun here. In fact, my own thureophoroi are already in Pergamon as well.

    Treasury: 3336 mnai

(OOC: Note that I haven't actually advanced a turn since Incitatus took it. This is just officially the first save in this season. The others are named for the last one.)

For some unknown reason Polyxenidos Lykikos decided to leave the cause and he rode away from the Army. He headed to Damaskos at the moment so later to head back to Babylon. Babylonian Infantry and Median Cavalry units, who joined only because of Lykikos, decided to go home as well. Seeing no point of getting dead the Toxotai unit left as well. Only the Iudaioi units stayed with Bithys Parthiakes. Although there was a lot of confusion Parthiakes managed to get over the bridge and he and his army near the city. Alexandros Syriakos and Arrhenides Gedrosianos took the bridge position again. They almost would have besieged the city as well but they heard that someone have already done it. The army that had besieged Hierosolyma belonged to Attalos Mysiakes and Timarchos Mysiakes. If everything will go as it is planned then they are ready to attack the town in the next season!

Added 7913 mnai to treasure. It's the upkeep cost.

    ------------------------------------------------

Moved Polyxenidos Lykikos to Damaskos, away from harms way.

Disbaded Hippakontistai units in Damaskos and Arbela. Kept the fleet though.

Moved My RA towards Antiocheia. My RA units there should be retrained.

Also moved Parthian Army towards Ekbatana.

If I already haven't then I want that Peltastai unit in Lydian Army to be disbanded and Toxotai unit to be recruited for them instead. (I saw that retraining Peltastai is over 800mnai while new Txotai unit is 411 mnai!)

Also, There is a Rebel Army near Babylon!
