well taking save..... (muhahaahaha!) (and TCV, sorry for a few turns I was reluctant to do so cause memphis was sieged, but then I forgot)

have rebelled against the arche, forming a seperate kingdom in the cities of Arbela, Selukeia, Babylon, and Charax
