Did your general die?
It sometimes turns into a draw when your general dies.

No general, the leading unit is the Eques Extraordinarius (yellow star) and he is alive; battle ended because the enemy fled, not because time expired.
I salied and crushed sieging Germans, however even if I killed almost all of them the result is a funny draw. O.o''
