A rant against Texas

I tried this for the first time when I came out here. It was at a restaurant so I cant attest to the recipe being exact but they did call it "Texas buffalo chili" On a side note it was the first time I ever had buffalo. How hard is buffalo to get in Norway?

Buffalo or Bison would be hard to get.
