Green Card through a lottery...

The banner ad is on the top left, the linked page on the bottom right.
Apparently, if I win, I get a Green Card, and get to live in the USA....but what I don't get is, that how come they're giving away Green Cards via online lotteries when people have a hard time getting it the official way....
Got to be the silliest thing ever.....

I cant help but get the feeling that its a scam. i cant imagine congress getting away with something like this. Its too random and the media would instantly be on them for allowing in potential terrorists. I just cant imagine this being legit but who knows maybe its for real

Aparrently people use the organisation's name to run scams (As they do with banks) but according to the site's own page there are ways to tell if these are legitimate or not.
