try screaming "RABUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU" when you charge your rabble... it certainly got me far enough when i played as aedui...

same feeling... after playing "civilized" factions for so long -with the exception of pahlava, wich I loved - I can't play a barbarian faction 
or perhaps I don't know... I've never tried, haven't been playing at all in fact
