MSI P45 NEO-F BIOS Upgrade?

Hey, was wondering how to upgrade my BIOS on a MSI board. The readme that comes with the BIOS upgrade is as useful as Paris Hilton in a convent, as I have neither WinME or Win98, and neither do I have a floppy Drive.

Any help appreciated.
