So...
I hereby declare the Emergency Council Session open! It will stay open for debate and legislation until 16.00 GMT on Friday, December 19th, at which point there will be 48 hours allowed for voting.

Now, the first thing I do is propose the following Edicts:

Edict E1.1: Alexandreia must be taken.

Edict E1.2: If Alexandreia is taken peace will be proposed to the Ptolemaioi offering them to become our Protectorate.
