Well, I had the idea of more flexible schedule since it's obvious that with some players a match could be arranged during the weekend because of the huge time difference. With others this could be done far more easily but due to RL reasons certain players appear and disappear for relatively large periods. So in a way the whole pairing thing is slightly useless, at least for me. I wonder what do the other say about that?
