finding those two stupid files!!!

I recently installed Kingdoms for Medieval 2 and I have one small question...

Where are those two files I'm supposed to delete!!!
Before you go telling me "the data folder" I know that but where specifically are they. I'm looking all over the place and I can't find them! I was hoping that Kingdoms would fix the unpacker problems I've had but it didn't.
Before you reply keep in mind that I am certain that it was 1.2 that was installed and I am certain that the unpacker ran.I also read the readme and I am aware of the names of the files I am looking for.

Try what I did:

right click on Medieval Total War folder; choose "search"; type in the exact name of the files to be found; better...copy/paste the filenames from ReadMe to the Search function
