Okay here is my ponderings...

I have pretty much guessed who most of you are...

But given the host usually puts clues in his posts I have done a wee bit of investigation...

Bender stood in pitch black darkness, guarding the unfinished Freem Cannon in the Anterior Astronomical Annex of DOOP headquarters. His robotic eyes were set to infrared scan mode, checking the hallway for any signs of activity. Humanity's hope lay upon the powerful weapon.

Bender saw nothing, but heard a metallic scraping noise.

"Halt! Who goes there! Show yourself, scumbag! Hands up, I have you completely surrounded on one side! Who's there, anyway?"

The infrared scan revealed no traces of heat. Bender switched to wide electromagnetic scan mode. On both sides of him, he saw a powerful buildup of electric activity.

Thus the killer does not give of heat or at least infrared. Robot?

The Omicron agent revealed himself to Bender as his cognitive functions broke down.

Bender, in surprise: "zero one zero one zero one...."

This is what Bender was saying when he entered the church of Robotology - a sort of prayer.

So I feel that at least one of our murderers is a robot. Robot Santa has been unplugged, bender bent and Flexo quoted as being innocent. Thus Malfunctioning Eddy is the only robot left..?
