I saw a lot of good guide here and I search for a guide for managing all city and castle.

I already read about the ratio between castle and city.

To specialize castle and city.

But I would like to know what building are a must have in a city. When to stop upgrading. (I read that high level merchant quater are not worth it)

So do you know where I should look for that.
