Can anyone recommend a mod for BI that has some of the same attention to detail and history as EB? EB is great (my favorite game by far), but I am most interested in the historical period leading up do and after the fall of Rome. Any suggestions?

Well worth checking out, and I personally recommend it over IBFD, as i've said several times. Play them both for and decide for yourself, either way hope you have fun

EB is compatible with bi. read the faq thread.
