Yes its a half a joke but hey, i bet if cops here were spending less time arresting ppl for weed, they'd arrest more people trying to commit more heinous offenses!!!!
I'm American and I agree that our homeland security and police efforts are monstrously misappropriated. Billions on airport security and during tests the FBI is still able to smuggle bombs through the security systems.
