apparently i have been accused, tried and convicted of doing something that i have not done,

AS SUCH, me being forced to bring this issue to the notice of the public before i got any response to any private query, i feel this issue HAS become public domain, and is of import to all members of the Org.



all the posts from my worksite member's account, that were used as "evidence", have been erased

i have not been told who the jury was, nor the prosecution or what defence was offered,

i was not told that there were any previous issues with anything to do with me or my behaviour or my worksite member's account,
yet this "incident" was declared "the last straw"

there has never been any issue with any staff having private member accounts,
there are valid security reasons for their existence.


i was not even told that there had been a accusation, a trial, a conviction, Nor what the sentence was UNTIL I RAISED THIS THREAD





i would like to point out that what i was punished for,
which was not an argument, not a flame war and which was not even abusive, was a discussion ENTIRELY with member's of Tosa's gaming clan on the furture direction of MY OWN MOD and their complete lack of tolerance for any direction or option that they did not like,
specifically adding the Mongols BACK into the mod. - they were always there, they had been disabled.


the only evidence i can give in my defence is my word of honour, for all my posts were deleted and any restoration of those posts now is likely to be suspect and hotly disputed.
