    Default Failure to complete installation

Having downloaded the file (taking 90 minutes and some) I am asked to initiate the files. I so do but when I then try to get started with this game - Total War, Europa Barbarorum - the startup is aborted with this error message:

"Execution of command "RomeTW.exe -mod:eb -show_error" failed (error 2:system can't find the given file)".

Have done something wrong with the downloading, the initiation or what? Long to find out about this - I have seen interesting mods galore... Is there some file I can download, or what am I to do! Should I wait until I in some years will be getting me a stronger computer or what???

A wee little proposal for the TW: Inca mod: The Guarani. At first just irritating intruders but then they come under the tutelage of the Jesuite order and could with time even become a serious opponent to Spain. Imagine: A "Bolivar" in clerical smock... And I am pleased to see that the faction I regard as the best guerillas of all the world are included - the Araucanians... I can only imagine outcome of a conflict between the Azteks and the Incas: Utter rout for the Azteks!

BTW, I foresee a small problem rising when my computer is crammed chock full with all sorts of mods I will be most reluctant to delete. Would it be possible to cram them down on some CD of my own somehow?

Eager to impersonate Viriathus the Lusitanian, Eukratides the Bactrian, Cassivelaunus the Briton etc.!

Posting a proposal for the Inca mod here probably won't get you many responses to that particular question.

As for your trouble with EB. Run a install validation, it is possible that you installed it to the wrong folder. Please read the Important Information sticky in this forum so you can respond with more details.

A validation is a lot quicker than downloading the whole installer again.

Having problems getting EB2 to run? Try these solutions.

I do NOT answer PM requests for help with EB. Ask in a new help thread in the tech help forum.
