I can even propose a concrete measures to deal with the Levantine extremists, if everything is according to the plan.

The Kingdom of France sees no problem in having our Egyptian friends pressure the rebels in Levant to stop their crimes. But, in order not be shown as weak, I think only 1 warning should be given. If not, then military force will have to be applied.

Announcement

In the name of the Empire of Austria and the Kingdom of Prussia, I, Prince von Metternich would like to announce that Prussia has signed an agreement for recognition of Ernst August as a King of Hanover (further information on the territories of the Kingdom below). Austria also partly recognises the „Hanover deal“ made by the former King of Hanover and present King of Great Britain, accepting it only for the Northern provinces of the Hanover Kingdom. The Prussian King also grants an economic access of Hanover to the Free cities of Hamburg and Bremen by Hanover as a slight compensation for the lost Northern Ports. The Kingdom of Hanover also receives a land linkage with its formerly isolated territories like Goettingen. This declaration shows the determination of Prussia and Austria to preserve the peace within Europe. We inform the other Great Powers for this fortunate outcome of a long and dangerous conflict that is now over. The other German states also receive guarantee for their territorial integrity and sovereignity.

By the way, the papers are wirting that the agents of the European powers do nothing but wasting taxes for parties. We should agree on a statement to release for the press!

Papers also report of riots in the capitol of the Ottoman Empire. Rumors say that the Sultan has been captured, maybe even killed. Situation is still unclear, though.

First of all - we welcome the resolution of the Hanover problem and commit ourselves to work with Austria and Prussia to achieve the success of this venture.
Secondly - an announcement - The situation in Greece is resolved - my diplomats have worked with the Sultan to achieve the following:
Greece will become a British colony.
It will be ruled by a National assembly with Christian and Muslim representation - the assembly will be overseen by our Governor General who has the ability to overrule the assembly, but it is anticipated that this will be in exceptional circumstances only.
Britian will determine foreign policy - which will be in line with the concert
There will be a strong trade link with Turkey.
So Greece has a properious and peaceful future ahead of it and its tolerant society with full religious freedom will be a beacon to the world
