Vassal probably isn't the right word. Poland governs itself and is more of a protectorate. Or at least that's my impression. I think of it like the Poland-Lithuania empire except Russia is the senior partner.

Besides, i also started as a vassal. You can play just as well and if you must become independent, then just wait for the opportunity.

The Polish Parliament would like to greet its fellow nation states and begs their patience as they try to navigate the game of thrones.

Is that something that occurred in game, or is the status quo at the beginning of the game?

Correct. Technically it's Russia's main objective in the game. It seems aqward to have a player in charge now.

I feel a great grief for this noble gentleman. We were indeed opponents in life but when facing the eternity such conflicts are meaningless. The Austrian ambassador in London will react accordingly and send the British the condolensces of the Austrian Kaiser and his Chancellor.

The Czar sends his condolences and hopes this tragedy marks the beginning of a more peaceful era in Europe.

Hopefully not: George Canning (11 April 1770 – 8 August 1827) was a British statesman and politician who served as Foreign Secretary and briefly Prime Minister.

Ewww. I've seen too many pictures of her to think this "influence" could ever be pleasurable.

9th is good for me. Let's hope my country doesn't fall apart.
