Default Questions about the Romani FM?

Meh this is the first time i started a game with a ruling family that has 4 women children and no direct male heir of the patriarch Lol. Anyway i was wondering how can i actually make my plebian family members become patricians?

Also when does the senatorial office elections occur? what season?

    Thanks..

The amount of girls in the families is to encourage marriages and get a more diverse family tree. The Romans shouldn't have a family tree or one family that rules the republic (at this time period), so the best way to simulate multiple families is to encourage adoption and marriages.

I don't believe the "plebian" trait is "upgradable".

Yeah Plebian and Patrician aren't changable I believe. You are a plebian or you are a patrician. It's to do with your heritage, not your wealth (well the original Pats were wealthy).
Do you find something funny with the name Biggus Dickus?

Thumbs up Re: Questions about the Romani FM?

I believe the best thing that can happen to a plebeian is to become a nobile, or "known." I believe this occurs when your character becomes consul, whereupon the guy becomes nobile, a trait which is passed onto his descendants.

Let's take Marcus Porcius Cato the Younger, for example. He was a pleb, not a patrician. Yet he was a highly conservative, upper-class citizen who hung around with all the patiricians as if he belonged with them. And he did, despite being a plebeian, as his family had been in the senate for generations before him, and were not scorned as New Men anymore.

    Glad to be of service.

Please see, Novus Homo. This is the only reason these plebians even show up in the game at all.

Because we cannot alter rebel pop-up depending on what military era the roman faction is in.

Can this be done in EBII foot?

I don't own M2TW... yet... so I don't know much about the upcoming features of EBII or its limitations... i just assumed they would be quite similar to RTW.

Yesh. We can alter the appearance of rebel spawns based on event counters.
